At Kashkha, we are dedicated to providing you with modest fashion that you love; if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags and packaging for a successful return.

Return Process

  Log into your Kashkha account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization.

  Pack the Garments

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the invoice is included inside the parcel.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Choose a convenient time for our courier partner to collect the package from your doorstep, or drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
